What are the YONDA membership tiers?
- Premium – $19.95/month (1 giveaway entry + $50 GO Dollars/month)
- Ultra – $49.95/month (4 entries + $100 GO Dollars/month)
- Black – $99.95/month (10 entries + $250 GO Dollars/month + Concierge service)
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Annual or pre-paid memberships are non-refundable but include additional savings and benefits.
Do I need to download the YONDA app?
It’s recommended. Your membership dashboard, GO Dollar balance, and booking tools are easiest to access through the app or web portal.
Can I share my membership with others?
Each membership is individual, but Black members can nominate up to two family or household members to share certain booking privileges. GO Dollars
What are GO Dollars?
GO Dollars are digital travel credits earned monthly through your YONDA membership. You can spend them on hotels, resorts, cruises, and other travel products inside the YONDA platform.
How do I use my GO Dollars?
Simply log into your account, select a travel offer, and apply your GO Dollars at checkout to reduce the total price.
Do GO Dollars expire?
No, they remain valid as long as your membership stays active.
Can I transfer or cash out my GO Dollars?
GO Dollars are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They’re designed exclusively for YONDA bookings and experiences. Giveaways & Entries
How do the YONDA Giveaways work?
Every month, members are automatically entered into our luxury holiday giveaways. Winners are drawn at random and announced via email and social media.
How many entries do I get?
- Premium – 1 entry/month
- Ultra – 4 entries/month
- Black – 10 entries/month + bonus VIP draws
Do entries accumulate?
Yes! Your entries accumulate for as long as your membership remains active, increasing your chances over time.
What are the prizes like?
Prizes range from $5,000 to $100,000 luxury travel packages — think Bora Bora, Queenstown, Dubai, or the Maldives. Discounts & Benefits
What types of discounts do I get?
Members save up to 60% off standard online rates at thousands of hotels and resorts. Discounts also extend to tours, cruises, experiences, retail brands, and entertainment partners.
Can discounts and GO Dollars be combined?
Yes — in most cases, your GO Dollars can be applied on top of already-discounted member prices.
Do I get extra perks or credits with stays?

What does the YONDA Concierge do?
Available exclusively to Black members, the Concierge can assist with itinerary planning, flight coordination, upgrades, and unique requests for special occasions or complex bookings.
Is Concierge available 24/7?
Not yet. Concierge hours currently operate during standard business times (AEST), with after-hours response for urgent travel matters.
Can Premium or Ultra members access the Concierge?
Not directly, but they can still enjoy access to curated add-on experiences and discounted upgrades through their dashboard. Technical & Account
How do I check my membership status and benefits?
Log into your YONDA account or app and visit the “My Membership” section. You’ll see your tier, GO Dollar balance, and active entries.
Are there hidden fees or surcharges?
No hidden charges. All taxes and standard booking fees are displayed upfront. GO Dollars apply to the subtotal before taxes and fees.
How secure is my personal data?
YONDA uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways for all transactions. Your personal data is protected under Australian privacy law.
